Billing questions
Is the free trial really free?
Yes. The 30-day trial requires no payment method and gives full access. We'll only ask for payment if you choose to continue.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from your account at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds for subscription fees already paid. When you cancel, your subscription simply does not renew and you retain access until the period ends. See the Refund Policy for details.
Which payment methods are supported?
Global customers are billed in USD via Paddle (cards, PayPal and more). Customers in India are billed in INR via Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking and wallets).
