Refund and Cancellation Policy

Both of our products are digital services from Micya AI LLP. Everything you buy is delivered online, straight after payment, and nothing is shipped. Every purchase from either product can be refunded in full within 14 days.

To ask for a refund, email betty@micyaai.com from the address on your account and say which purchase you want refunded. You do not have to give a reason.

1. AI Kids Guru

You can get a full refund within 14 days of buying the full course or a Teacher Pack, even if lessons have been watched.

How to ask

Sign in, open Settings, find the purchase under Purchases and press "Refund this purchase". The refund is issued straight away. If the button is not there, because the 14 days have passed or something needs a person, email us and we aim to reply within 2 business days.

What happens after a refund

Access to paid lessons, and for a Teacher Pack its decks and classroom licence, ends when the refund is issued. The free lessons stay available, and your account and progress are kept unless you also ask us to delete them.

Cancellation

The course is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and no renewal charge.

2. Chalk Talk

Chalk Talk is free to use at the moment and needs no account, so there is nothing to refund or cancel. If we introduce paid plans, this page will set out their refund terms before anyone is charged.

3. How refunds are paid

Payments made in Indian Rupees are refunded through Cashfree Payments to the original UPI, card or bank account.
Payments made in US Dollars are refunded through Paddle, the merchant of record for those orders.
Once approved, a refund usually reaches your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Charges that look wrong

If you think you were charged in error, please email betty@micyaai.com before raising a dispute with your bank. We can almost always fix it faster directly.
