Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for subscriptions to the Services provided by MICYA AI LLP ("MICYA AI", "we", "us"). It applies to purchases made via Razorpay (India) and Paddle (global).

Summary: You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for subscription fees that have already been paid.

1. Free trial

We offer a 30-day free trial with no payment method required. If you do not subscribe to a paid plan, you are never charged. There is nothing to refund for a trial.

2. Subscriptions are billed in advance

Paid plans (Pro and Scale) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. Each payment grants access for the billing period that follows it.

3. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, or by emailing betty@micyaai.com.
  • When you cancel, your subscription will not renew at the next billing date.
  • You retain full access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period you have already paid for.
  • After the period ends, your account moves to a free/paused state.

4. No refunds

Because the Services are digital and access is provided immediately and continuously, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for subscription fees already paid, in whole or in part, including for partially used billing periods, change of mind, or non-use of the Services.

5. Exceptions required by law

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. Where mandatory law requires a refund or cooling-off right, we will honor it. For purchases where Paddle acts as Merchant of Record, Paddle's buyer terms and any statutory rights for your region also apply.

6. Duplicate or erroneous charges

If you believe you were charged in error or charged twice for the same period, contact us within 7 days at betty@micyaai.com with your transaction details. Verified duplicate or erroneous charges will be reversed to the original payment method.

7. How approved reversals are processed

Where a reversal is approved (e.g. a verified duplicate charge or a legally required refund), it will be processed to your original payment method via the relevant gateway (Razorpay or Paddle). Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or provider.

8. How to request

For cancellations, billing questions, or to report an erroneous charge, email betty@micyaai.com. Please include your account email and the transaction reference.
