These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, applications and services (the "Services") provided by MICYA AI LLP ("MICYA AI", "we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to enter into these Terms. Minors may use the Services only with verifiable consent and supervision of a parent, guardian or authorized institution.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for safeguarding your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Free trial

We offer a 30-day free trial. No payment method is required to begin. At the end of the trial, the Services pause unless you choose a paid plan. We may modify or withdraw trial offers at our discretion.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled.
Pricing is as shown on our Pricing page and excludes applicable taxes.
Customers in India are billed in INR via Razorpay; global customers are billed in USD via Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record.
By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment partners to charge your selected payment method on each renewal date.
We may change prices with reasonable prior notice; changes apply to subsequent billing cycles.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. We do not provide refunds for fees already paid. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Services unlawfully or to infringe others' rights; (b) reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our models or source code; (c) upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Services; (d) misuse voice or assessment features to harass, deceive or impersonate; (e) resell or sublicense the Services without authorization; or (f) circumvent usage limits or security controls.

7. Voice features

Speech features process audio you provide to generate feedback using acoustic analysis (OpenSMILE). You confirm you have the right to submit any audio and that it does not violate any third party's rights. Voice-based feedback is provided for guidance and is not a clinical, diagnostic or employment decision.

8. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, models, designs, text, graphics and trademarks, are owned by MICYA AI LLP or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. No other rights are granted.

9. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process and use your content solely to operate and improve the Services, consistent with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to submit it.

10. Assessments & certificates

Assessment scores and certificates reflect performance within our system and are provided "as is." Recognition by third parties (employers, institutions) is not guaranteed. You must not falsify identity or results.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. AI-generated content may contain errors; you are responsible for how you use it. Educational and self-development content is not professional, medical, legal or financial advice.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MICYA AI LLP and its partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MICYA AI LLP from claims, damages and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Services in a way that risks harm to us or others. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends; provisions that by their nature survive will continue to apply.

15. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to applicable law, courts at [insert jurisdiction/city], India shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Where you transact via Paddle as Merchant of Record, additional Paddle buyer terms may also apply to that transaction.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified, and the "Last updated" date will be revised. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
