Delivery & Service Policy

This policy describes how the Services provided by MICYA AI LLP ("MICYA AI", "we", "us") are delivered. MICYA AI sells digital software services only. We do not sell or ship any physical products.

Digital delivery: There is no physical shipping. Access to MICYA AI is delivered electronically and is available immediately over the internet.

1. What we deliver

Our products — MICYA Tutor, Ascend, Assess and the Voice engine — are cloud-based software accessed through your web browser. There are no physical goods, media or hardware involved in any purchase.

2. When access is delivered

  • Free trial: access is granted immediately upon creating your account — no payment required.
  • Paid plans: access to paid features is enabled immediately upon successful payment confirmation by our gateway (Razorpay or Paddle).
  • You will receive a confirmation email at the address associated with your account.

3. How to access

Sign in at our website using your registered email and password from any supported device with an internet connection and a modern browser. For voice features, you will be prompted to allow microphone access in your browser.

4. Delivery timeframe

Because delivery is fully digital and automated, activation is effectively instant. In the rare event of a delay (for example, payment verification), access is typically enabled within a few minutes and no later than 24 hours. If you do not have access after a successful payment, contact betty@micyaai.com.

5. System requirements

A current version of a major web browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari), a stable internet connection, and — for speech features — a working microphone.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access; maintenance and factors beyond our control may occasionally affect the Services. Planned maintenance will be communicated where practicable.

7. No physical shipping

As all products are digital, no shipping charges, couriers, tracking numbers or delivery addresses apply to any purchase.
