Delivery Policy

Micya AI LLP sells digital services only. There are no physical goods, and nothing is shipped or posted.

Access is delivered online, in your account, as soon as the payment is confirmed. That is usually within a few minutes.

1. AI Kids Guru

After you buy the full course or a Teacher Pack at aikids.guru, every paid lesson unlocks in the same account, together with the flipbooks, worksheets and notebooks that come with it. Lessons released later unlock automatically at no extra cost. Worksheets are downloaded and printed at home or in class.

2. Chalk Talk

Chalk Talk at chalktalk.space opens in your browser with no account and no installation. Nothing is delivered separately. If we introduce paid plans, their delivery will be described here.

3. Confirmation

You receive a payment confirmation by email from the payment processor: Cashfree Payments for payments in Indian Rupees, or Paddle for payments in US Dollars.

4. If access does not appear

If you have paid and your access has not appeared within 24 hours, email betty@micyaai.com with the email address you used and the payment reference. We will either grant access or refund the payment in full.

5. Where we deliver

Both products work in any modern web browser, anywhere they can be reached online. Nothing needs to be installed.
